Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your TadiZo account at any time.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete:
- Your profile, suite number and contact details
- Your saved addresses and notification preferences
- Push notification tokens and device records
- Wallet history beyond what we must keep for accounting / legal reasons
We retain invoices, payment records and parcel logs for the period required by Zimbabwean and South African tax/consumer law.
