1. The service

TadiZo provides a Johannesburg shipping address, assisted EcoCash and bank-transfer payments for Temu South Africa carts, parcel consolidation, and delivery to Zimbabwe.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Orders & payments

Orders are placed only after payment is confirmed. Shipping fees are calculated by weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with Temu's policies.

4. Prohibited items

Hazardous, illegal, restricted or perishable items are not accepted. We may refuse or dispose of such parcels at the customer's cost.

5. Liability

TadiZo is liable for parcels only while in our custody and up to a reasonable declared value. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure events.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time via Delete account.
